Hi, I'm Kate
I'm Kate — founder and lead stylist at Kate Marie Event Styling. Based in the Cotswolds, I work across Oxfordshire and the surrounding areas, creating beautiful, personalised wedding designs for couples who want their day to feel considered, cohesive and completely their own.
Having started my career working in weddings and events at some incredible venues, it was a move to Australia that really sparked my love for wedding styling. Working alongside a wedding styling company, I fell in love with the creativity of transforming spaces and bringing a couple's vision to life.
Returning home, I decided to turn that passion into my own business, building something that allowed me to do what I love while working around my three young children. Today, I'm lucky enough to spend my days doing exactly that — creating weddings that feel personal, thoughtful and full of those little details that make all the difference.

Every wedding starts with a conversation. I want to hear your story, your vision, your worries and your dreams. The more I understand you, the better I can design for you.
I create a bespoke design proposal — mood boards, colour palettes, supplier recommendations. A complete picture of what your wedding could look like.
On the day, I handle everything. Setup, styling, supplier coordination, de-rig. You don't lift a finger — you just enjoy your wedding.
No templates, no packages. Every wedding is designed from scratch around your vision and venue.
